ABOUT THE COURSE
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Certification Course will allow individuals to create charts, process maps, and control plans to describe Six Sigma roles within an organization & use statistical tests to improve processes.
On successful completion of this training, participants will be able to define new processes, update and improve existing processes and remove production/process defects using statistical and management tools. The Green Belt course also covers the Yellow Belt.
